General
The ultimate racer for every condition!
A full-bred racing board for open ocean makes a perfect trainer for flatwater. Depending on your skills this board will fill a broad range of use.
The Maliko Race is named after the classic down wind race on the North Shore of Maui.
The board has a unique shape allowing a long efficient water line for superior glide in the water. The bow
is designed to cut through choppy waters and keep the nose above the water when you surf the ocean swell.
The square tail together with the double concave and v-spine helps with surf control and stability.
The submerged standing area and raised foredeck lowers the center of gravity while maintaining volume in the front to pop-up the nose after each stroke.
The 26″ width is perfect for an efficient stroke. Whether you are training for Wasaloppet, the next SUP-race or just enjoying some general fitness this board will tick the box!
Construction
The boards are made with high quality Epoxy and fiberglass with a sandwich layer of bamboo and double
stringers to make them stiff, light and durable. However, keep in mind that they are strong boards in the
water but do not like sharp and hard surfaces on land. So, handle them with care and they will last.
